Call for Private-Sector Investment in Ukraine's Reconstruction
The third call for proposals for the implementation of projects aimed at supporting reconstruction in Ukraine in collaboration with the Swiss private sector has been open since May 27, 2026. The focus is on investment projects aimed at building facilities for long-term production in Ukraine. The federal government is providing up to 50 million Swiss francs to co-finance the projects.
The amounts available for individual projects range from CHF 3 million to CHF 10 million. Companies are expected to contribute at least half (50%) of the funding required for their project. Projects will be selected in a two-stage process. A committee comprising representatives from the Swiss and Ukrainian authorities will decide which project proposals to support, based on a ranking and defined selection criteria. Swiss companies with an established presence in Ukraine that are interested in participating can submit their project proposals via SECO’s ‘Call for Proposals’ website by 20 September (see link below).
Country programme for Ukraine 2025–2028

CHF 500 million is available for financing Swiss private sector projects. This will be used to finance the new reconstruction projects.
The call for proposals is open until 20 September. Detailed information can be found on the website: Third Call for Proposals for Swiss Companies in Ukraine
