Tenders

SECO awards mandates to specialist companies, aid agencies and experts for the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects and programmes for international cooperation. SECO also finances projects with partner organisations.  

SECO awards its mandates in accordance with the Federal Act on Government Procurement (BöB) and its implementing regulations (VöB, Org-VöB). It publishes mandates above the threshold value of CHF 230,000 on simap.ch, both to the public and across Europe. simap.ch is the procurement portal for the federal administration.

To realize its projects in the partner countries, SECO also finances projects with partner organizations.

Within the scope of economic cooperation, SECO also provides contributions and financial aid to support programmes and activities of non-governmental organisations, international organisations, multilateral development banks, privately-owned companies and partner governments.
